How do I return an item?
Generally we accept returns up to 30 days from date of our shipping the product based on customer contacting Shredneck customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and explaining reason for the return. Please note that the Shredneck is not an instrument, it can not be tuned. It is purely a practice device. If returned due to a manufacturing error/issue we will refund the price paid for the product. If returned due to any other reason a 25% restocking fee will be charged. We do not refund any shipping charges incurred or paid for in advance or after shipment. Any taxes, duties, shipping charges or any additional charge incurred by Shredneck LLC on a return will be deducted from the price of the product returned. Refunds are issued after the returned product has been inspected for any alterations, damage, use and to make sure all packaging is included an undamaged so that the product can be resold. If product shows any of these issues additional restocking fees will apply (additional 10% for damaged/missing packaging). Please include all original packaging and materials and return the product in the shipping carton it was received in or similar. Please do not ship it in the beauty box packaging, as it will likely be damaged in shipment. Product returned in the beauty box only, (Shredneck Box), including bubble packaging so paper wraps will be charged the additional 10% fee for restocking.
