Generally we accept returns up to 30 days from date of our shipping the product based on customer contacting Shredneck customer service at info@shredneck.com and explaining reason for the return. Please note that the Shredneck is not an instrument, it can not be tuned. It is purely a practice device. If returned we will refund the price paid for the product. We do not refund any shipping charges incurred or paid for in advance or after shipment. Any taxes, duties, shipping charges or any additional charge incurred by Shredneck LLC on a return will be deducted from the price of the product returned. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the product return. Please include all original packaging and materials and return the product in the shipping carton it was received in or similar. Please do not ship it in the beauty box packaging. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item and to obtain the "return to" address. Thank you.
