| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please note that the customer is responsible for "ALL" duties and taxes associated with importing the goods into your market. Shredneck's shipping and handling costs only cover costs associated with shipping the goods from our warehouse. Please check with your local customs office to inquire what duties and taxes may be required/associated with importing goods into your market. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
